HERE TO BE HEARD

 

Women’s voices often go unheard and Mars inc wanted to change that. Through an audio-led campaign, we literally asked women to give us their voices by answering the same question.

Over 10,000 women from 88 countries gave us their answers through voicenotes. Then in collaboration with the UN Unstereotype Alliance, The Gina Davis Institute and Oxford University, we created a first-of-its-kind, open source report to share with the world. Mars intend to use this data to shape their company from the ground up and encourage others to do the same.
